Floc de Gascogne — “the flower of Gascony” in the Gascon dialect — is made from fresh grape juice (Colombard and Gros-Manseng for the white) fortified with Armagnac, which naturally halts the fermentation of the fresh juice.
The white Floc intoxicates with a powerful, complex nose of floral and fruity notes. The palate is generous through its roundness, unctuousness and fruit.
